The Foam Dock Seals are specifically designed to provide a weather-tight closure for oversized dock doors where a header pad is not practical.

OTCO's LS-95 Foam Dock Seals are engineered to adapt an environmental seal to doors that were impossible to seal with conventional units by combining the best principles and features of both a dock seal and a dock shelter. Two side pads, usually wedged in configuration, are coupled with a header curtain that enables the unit to close off doors up to 10' wide and virtually any height.

• Framing: 2" lumber-treated & select structural grade.
• Brackets: All inside/outside type for better anchoring.
• Filler: Polyurethane, open cell, 98% recovery.
• Cover for Side Pads: Base fabrics and wear pleats are available in a variety of weights and colors-vinyl, neoprene or hypalon.

Header

• Framing: 2" x 4" lumber-treated & select structural grade.
• Curtain: Base fabric available in vinyl, neoprene, or hypalon.
• Bottom Pads and Bumpers: When a bottom air-tight seal is required, bottom pads are available. Three foam pads with covers and two bumpers are mounted on 2" x 12" planking. Call for pricing.
